Email is definitely not dead.

And as a business owner, you probably know how important it is to BUILD an email list, NURTURE that list with regular emails, and make OFFERS to that list (because yes, more sales please!).

But knowing and doing are very often not the same thing.

If you’re like the business owners I work with, writing emails that engage and convert is a constant struggle.

  • How do I adapt now that open rates are dead?

  • How can I create amazing emails to my list that both nurture AND sell?

  • How do I find the time to get creative when I have so many other things to do?

  • How do I write emails that SELL without burning my list?

ALL GOOD QUESTIONS…because the struggle is real, now more than ever.

Here are REAL THINGS that clients tell me:

“I have SO MUCH TROUBLE with selecting a tiny slice of something (want to keep emails short & digestible) and finding a hook or personal story (oh, that's the worst, when people tell me I need a personal story. "I walked my dog today and ok, here's some ways you can systematize your business and stop being a bottleneck" - <frowny face>!!). I need a clue on how to get a weekly(-ish) email out of my fingers and onto the page without the torment it is causing my soul.

“I know that it is so important to engage with my followers and with quality content but just like at a party it is so hard to be the first to strike up a conversation and to keep the conversation going without being rejected.

“I struggle with coming up with relevant stories linked to my theme and what I want to sell for an email or SM copy.”

WHAT to write about, and then how to SELL in your emails...

...if you could solve that, and be able to write an amazing email in 20 minutes or less, would you want to know how to do that?

Most business owners aren’t using email to its fullest potential. Because if your emails don’t get opened, don’t get read…how will your potential buyers be able to, you know…BUY FROM YOU?

The good news is, this is a HIGHLY SOLVABLE problem.

Hi, I'm Danielle Weil!
Hi, I'm Danielle Weil!

Hi, I’m Danielle Weil and I wrote 3 emails a week for the SAME product…for 5 years.

I regularly write email promotions for clients that are 50+ emails long - and those emails make money - 6 and 7 figures for EACH promotion or launch.

I’ve probably written over 10,000 emails over the course of my career (totally a rough estimate, might be more).

And I’ve spent the past 7 years coaching business owners on how to craft amazing emails:

So I know something about consistently writing emails that convert.

And here’s what I believe, deep down to my soul:

ANYONE can learn the art of email copy…and I set out to prove it.

20 Slips of Paper and 20 Minutes Proved My Theory Right

I shook the little plastic baggie with the slips of paper and said, “everybody take one. You have 20 minutes to write an email about the word on your paper…GO!

Avocados. Cher. Deep Sea Diving. Traffic lights.

At first there was mild panic. The room got very quiet, except for the sounds of pens flying across paper. I could hear the wheels turning, and almost smell the creativity.

And when time was up, and people began reading what they had written, well, let’s just say I wasn't fully prepared for just how good these emails were.

And that’s when I realized WHY business owners struggle so much with email - and HOW TO SOLVE IT FOR GOOD.

The 3 Rules of Powerful Emails

Untitled design (2) (1)

Rule #1: Time Constraint

Work expands to fill the time allotted to it. It’s called Parkinson’s Law and you’ve probably experienced it yourself if you’ve ever hustled to meet a deadline, or finish a whole bunch of work before a vacation. So “finding the time” to write emails isn’t really the problem - if you know how to hack your own resistance.

And you can leverage this to your advantage by giving yourself 20 minutes to write an email. If you have just 20 minutes to write an email, you will write that email in 20 minutes. I’ve done this over and over again and the results are magical. (Even if it takes a little bit more time at first, the more you practice, the faster you’ll get.)

Rule #2: Topic Constraint

Imagine being given a blank canvas and being told you can paint ANYTHING…or being told to paint an elephant. Which painting will be done faster? That’s because starting from scratch is usually harder. If you choose a topic for your email, it’s actually easier to unlock your creativity.

And when you choose a topic that’s a little unusual, and make a connection back to your product or service, it’s a lot more likely to stick in people’s brains, leave more of an impact, and lead more people to buy.

Rule #3: Structure Constraint

Remember when we said structure actually gives you MORE freedom within it? Having a structure allows you to crank out an email in a fraction of the time it would normally take.

Just like any good story follows the hero’s journey, or has tropes that we recognize, you can use simple yet powerful email frameworks to make things even easier. Of course you can shake things up sometimes, but knowing the structure before you write lets you make the most of your 20 minutes and get it done!

Here’s how I’ve already helped some awesome entrepreneur writers refine their strategy and sharpen their copy skills

“If you're writing sales copy or social media ads or email [...] I would definitely take this program.”

Mary Alice Goldsmith
Business Coach

“An amazing marketing mind.

Her ability to nail her clients’ unique voice in a way that is non-hypey yet SELLS like crazy is second to none. But what really sets her apart is that she has an amazing marketing mind.  She’s brilliant at mapping out entire campaigns from beginning to end, including the big idea, the messaging, the sequencing and everything else that goes into a six or seven figure promo. Bottom line: if you’re looking to work with the BEST, you need to be connected with Danielle, because that’s exactly what she is.”

Okay, Danielle...

...let’s say you’re right and these 3 rules will let me write better emails - where do I actually get started? What is the framework that you recommend?

I’m glad you asked. Because I asked myself, if I had 20 minutes a day to teach people to write better emails, what would I do?

Introducing...

Inbox Love:

14 Days to Emails You Love to Write and They Love to Read

Inbox-Love-Workbook-(final)-1000x773

How does it work? Super simple.

  • Step 1: Each day for 14 days, you get an email to your personal inbox and read it. It contains a short micro-lesson on one aspect of writing better emails.

  • Step 2: You set a timer for 20 minutes and HIT REPLY.

  • Step 3: You follow the instructions to do the assignment in just 20 minutes and SEND it to me. You’ll ALSO generally have the rough draft of something to send to your list!

  • Step 4: Your emails get better in 14 days.

No course platforms to log into. No videos to watch (unless you want to, I will include some juicy bonus content).

Just quick. Bite size. Actionable. And Easy.

If it’s so simple…will it actually be effective?

Hmmm, let’s think of some simple, short things that if you do them every day will make a difference.

Walking 20 minutes a day vs. sitting down.

Spending 20 minutes reading to your kids vs. not doing that.

Because doing SOMETHING is better than doing nothing at all (says your graveyard of unwatched courses…).

Heads up - I’m not gonna do the whole price anchoring thing.

Because for a smart business owner who wants to solve this problem, the price point might be slightly ridiculous. Or even TOO LOW. WHY is it so cheap?

2 Reasons.

  • Reason #1 - Because I want everyone to own this, and I don’t want price to be the thing that holds you back.

  • Reason #2 - I want you to go through this course and be overwhelmed by just how simple yet valuable it really is, and then come back to me and say, Danielle - this was SO GOOD, how do I keep learning from you?

Here are some more awesome entrepreneur writers that I’ve already helped refine their strategy and sharpen their copy skills

“Since working with Danielle I feel like my copy really reflects my personality. But even better, I'm making so much more money!”

BIG DECISION TIME...

Invest $100 and 14 days in YOURSELF and your skills - and see the results of the bite-size morsels of Inbox Love?

Or skip this and keep struggling with that dratted “email to list” to-do every single week.

The stakes are pretty low - and the upside potential is HUGE.

And if you’re thinking, “This sounds nice, maybe later…” do you REALLY not have 20 minutes to spare to invest in a skill that will make you a whole lot more money in your business?

If you don’t have 20 minutes, then we likely have bigger problems to deal with.

Here’s what life can look like 2 weeks from now

  • Cut the time it takes you to write an email in half!

  • You have a formula to follow

  • You no longer suffer from blank page syndrome

  • Your emails get more opens, more clicks and yes, more sales.

  • You spend less time in front of the computer and more time on the stuff you love

  • Writing emails feels playful, light, and fun - really!
